Zeitlos Alexander Valley Riesling
Grapes were hand-picked and then allowed to settle for 12 hours to keep the lees light. Native fermentation took place in 70% stainless steel tanks and 30% neutral German oak 600L puncheons – or “Halbstück” in German. Prior to bottling, the wine underwent 8 months of élevage on full lees.
A Riesling with classic floral and green apple notes on the nose enhanced by bright aromas of dried chamomile, honeysuckle, tangerine, and wet stone. An energetic core with a crisp, focused palate of lively red pear, key lime, and pineapple. Every sip has a balanced texture with a structure that is beautifully refreshing.
